Where we deliver, and what it costs

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan, and delivery is free. There is no separate delivery charge added at checkout, and no charge collected at the door beyond the price shown on the product page.

How long it takes

  • Orders placed before 5pm are normally dispatched from Lahore the same working day. After that, the next working day.
  • Most parcels arrive in 2 to 4 working days.
  • Small towns and remote areas can take a few days longer. That is the courier network, not the order sitting with us.
  • Sundays and public holidays are not working days for dispatch or delivery.

These are honest typical times, not a guarantee. During Ramzan, Eid and sale weeks the whole courier system slows down and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands. Open the box and check it in front of the rider before paying — we would far rather you did.

If an order is refused at the door repeatedly without contacting us, we may ask for advance payment on future orders. That is the only condition we place on cash on delivery.

Tracking

You get a confirmation as soon as the order is placed, and a tracking number once the parcel leaves Lahore. If tracking has not moved for three working days, message us — chasing the courier is our job, not yours.

If nobody is home

The courier normally tries again and will usually call first. Please answer unknown numbers around your delivery window — an unanswered call is the single most common reason a parcel goes back.

If it arrives damaged

Take a photo before you do anything else and send it to us on WhatsApp the same day. With a photo we can settle it immediately; without one it becomes a much slower conversation for both of us.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake in your address, message us straight away. Before dispatch we can fix it in seconds. After dispatch it depends on the courier, and it may mean the parcel comes back to Lahore first.
