By placing an order on kitchnology.com you agree to the terms below. We have kept them short and in plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

1. Who we are

Kitchnology is a kitchenware retailer operating from Shah Alam Market, Lahore, Pakistan, selling online across Pakistan.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable tax.
• Prices can change at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.
• Compare-at prices shown struck through are our own regular selling price for that item, not a competitor's price.
• We accept cash on delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer and card through Shopify checkout.

3. Bundle offers

Bundle prices apply when the stated quantity is in your cart and the matching discount is applied at checkout. The price shown on a bundle card is the price charged at checkout. If you ever see those two disagree, stop and tell us — we will honour the price that was shown to you.

4. Orders

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm and dispatch it.
• We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is unreachable, or a price was listed in obvious error. If that happens we tell you and refund anything already paid.
• To change or cancel an order, message us before it is dispatched.

5. Products, photos and colour

We describe sizes and materials as accurately as we can, and we measure what we ship. Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different on your phone.

Several products are sold in a random colour. This is stated on the product page, in the FAQ and again before checkout. Whatever colour is in stock is what ships, and colour on its own is not grounds for return. Ask us on WhatsApp before ordering if a specific colour matters.

7. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying an item that matches its description and arrives in working order. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, by using an item for something it was not made for, or by ignoring the care instructions supplied with it. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Reviews and customer content

If you send us a review, photo or message about a product, you allow us to show it on our store and social pages. Tell us and we will take it down.

9. Our content

The text, photographs and design on this store belong to Kitchnology and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and they sit alongside your rights under Pakistani consumer law rather than replacing them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
